My own toy. I purchased this car as the V8 conversion had been carried out to a very high standard by the previous owner who had the car as part of his collection for many years. The bigger attraction was that the shell was a U.K. rubber bumper shell (correct inner wings for the V8 engine) and benefited from cavity wax protection. There is no evidence of the car having ever been welded and I much prefer an excellent original shell with the benefit of factory panel gaps to the heritage option.

We stripped the outer body and interior and had the car repainted in black, fitted with all new exterior chrome trim, headlights, lock set etc, etc. The interior has new deep red trim set, deluxe carpets & black leather seats piped red.

We also fitted a works hardtop finished in contrasting pewter metallic. The car also has a black folding hood & full tonneau cover.

The car also features coilover adjustable telescopic front suspension, 5 speed gearbox & minilite style alloys, KN filters and stainless exhaust coupled to Janspeed manifolds, Motolita wheel & Radio CD system.

To the purist a mongrel, to someone who enjoys driving, a great classic Q car - Just promise not to fit any V8 badges!
